The short answers
Do I need a website or an app?
No. Work in the Telegram Mini App or in the web dashboard — whichever suits you. Clients open a regular link; nothing to install or pay for.
Do clients need Telegram?
No. The link opens in a browser too: the client picks a slot and leaves a name and email — a phone number only if you make it required. They can reschedule or cancel on their own via the link in the email.
How do I sign in to the web dashboard?
Via Telegram in one tap or with an email code. The dashboard and the mini app share the same data — bookings are always in sync.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes: your profile, services and working hours. Recurring slots are set up once — after that the schedule builds itself.
How many bookings are free?
20 online bookings a month, plus five held in reserve. The counter resets on the 1st, and a cancelled booking gives its slot back.
Can I add a booking myself?
Yes, in a couple of taps: the client’s name, phone and, if you like, Telegram. Manual bookings never count toward the limit — Free has no cap on them.
Can I decline a booking?
Yes. With auto-confirm off, every booking waits for your decision — the slot is taken only after that. If you prefer not to confirm by hand, turn on auto-confirm in the schedule settings.
What do clients see?
Your business page: services, prices, free times and contacts. Other bookings and other clients’ data are never shown.
Can the bot post my schedule to a chat?
Yes. Add it to a group, channel or topic — it publishes open slots on a schedule and replaces the previous post. Standard adds up to three chats and holiday skipping.
What does Standard cost?
